Tiny Titans

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Code Cat Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Tiny Titans (the “Game”), an idle tapping game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you play the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information processed by the Game

Game progress stored on your device

Your progress, such as Stages, upgrades, Gold, Gems, evolution choices, rewards and settings (music, sound and vibration), is stored locally on your device. This save data is not sent to us. The Game does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows optional rewarded ads only: an ad plays only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. These ads are provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The SDK may automatically collect and share information such as your IP address, which can be used to estimate general location; app interactions such as launches, taps and video views; diagnostic information such as launch time, hang rate and energy usage; and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and App Set ID. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance.

Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), a consent form provided by Google is shown before personalized advertising is used. Where available, you can review or change your choice at any time from Settings → AD PRIVACY in the Game. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings. Advertising-related information is transmitted using encryption in transit.

Device permissions

The Game uses internet access to load ads and vibration to give short haptic feedback during big moments (for example defeating a boss). Vibration can be turned off in Settings → VIBRATION.

Purchases

The Game currently does not offer in-app purchases. Gems and other in-game items are earned by playing or by watching optional rewarded ads and have no real-world monetary value. If purchases are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they become available.

How information is used

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use any information to build a profile of you ourselves.

Third-party services

The Game relies on services operated by third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies:

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and your Google Account and device settings. Because the Game does not create a Code Cat Games account, there is no separate in-game account to delete. You may contact us with privacy questions or requests; information controlled by third-party providers must be managed through those providers.

Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us. Third-party services may process limited device and usage information as described above, subject to applicable law and consent requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent. For advertising choices, use Settings → AD PRIVACY in the Game or your device’s ad settings; for anything else, contact us.

International processing and security

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use established platform services and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
