Code Cat Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Idle Aquarium Tycoon (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information processed by the Game

Game progress stored on your device

Your aquarium progress, settings, currency balances and similar gameplay information are primarily stored locally on your device. Local save data is not sent to us merely because you play the Game.

Google Play Games Services

If you choose to use Google Play Games Services, Google may provide the Game with a player identifier, display name, authentication status, achievement progress and related gameplay information. We use this information only to sign you in, submit and display achievements, and provide the Play Games features you request. We do not sell Google user data or use Google Play Games account information for advertising.

Advertising and diagnostics

The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The SDK may automatically collect and share information such as your IP address, which can be used to estimate general location; app interactions such as launches, taps and video views; diagnostic information such as launch time, hang rate and energy usage; and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and App Set ID. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance.

Where required, consent choices are presented before personalized advertising is used. You can also manage or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings. Advertising-related information is transmitted using encryption in transit.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The Game may receive product, transaction and purchase-status information needed to provide a purchased item, restore purchases, prevent fraud and provide support.

How information is used

• To provide gameplay, sign-in and achievement features.
• To deliver and measure advertising.
• To analyze stability and improve performance.
• To process purchases and provide customer support.
• To detect fraud, abuse and security incidents and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

The Game relies on services operated by third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies:

Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game’s storage or uninstall it. Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and your Google Account settings. Because the Game does not create a separate Code Cat Games account, there is no separate in-game account to delete. You may contact us with privacy questions or requests; some information controlled by third-party providers must be managed through those providers.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information directly to Code Cat Games. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us. Third-party services may process limited device and usage information as described above, subject to applicable law and consent requirements.

International processing and security

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use established platform services and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
