Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Idle Aquarium Tycoon (the “Game”), provided by Code Cat Games. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Using the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, exploit or interfere with the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Google Play Games Services

The Game may offer Google Play Games sign-in and achievements. Your use of those features is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for the security and lawful use of your Google Account.

Virtual items and progress

Coins, gems, fish, upgrades and other virtual items are licensed digital game content. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust game balance, progression, rewards or virtual items to maintain and improve the Game.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment and refund rules. Prices and availability may vary by country. If a purchased item is not delivered correctly, contact us and include the relevant Google Play order information, but never send payment card details.

Advertising

The Game may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that provide an optional in-game benefit after completion. Availability and content of advertisements are controlled in part by third-party advertising providers and can vary by device, region and consent choices.

Acceptable use

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate purchases, exploit bugs, access the Game or its services without authorization, disrupt other users, or use the Game in violation of law. We may restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary to protect the Game, its users or third-party services.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Game. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that progress can always be recovered. Keep your device and Google Play services updated and protect your local save data.

Intellectual property

The Game, including its software, visual design, text, branding and other content, is owned by or licensed to Code Cat Games and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Code Cat Games disclaims warranties not required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Cat Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Game, its services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
